**Job Summary**

Currently seeking friendly and reliable banquet servers to work mainly evenings and weekends. Fridays and Saturday’s evening availability are mandatory.

Hours vary depending on event type. We host all type of events on sites such as weddings, proms, galas, corporates and many more.

Experience preferred, but not required. Training provided on site.
**Job Duties Include**:

- serving and clearing up to 250 guests for lunch or dinner in buffet style or full service 3 course plated dinners.
- set up, take down and clean up of all events

Lots of hours available.

Part time and full-time positions are available.

For a typically event expect to start at 4:00pm and finish at 2:30am

**Duties**
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decor.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event.
- Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during events.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations.
- Assist with the breakdown of events, including cleaning up and resetting banquet spaces for future use.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling practices.
- Experience in hospitality settings, such as restaurants or hotels, is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
