- Take your ambitions to the next level

You will act as a resource person for activities related to the implementation and training of information systems in our client's banners. You will be called upon to do face-to-face training in Laval, possibly in Terrebonne, and remotely as needed.
- Participate in the implementation of in-store systems and ensure that deadlines are met;
- Ensure a quality follow-up of your files with the stores (quality control);
- Provide the software expertise required in the implementation of systems;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
- Provide information to analysts to identify and resolve problems;
- Provide systems training to in-store users and internal resources;
- Provide level 2 support to the help desk;
- Participate in the support of the service team;
- Establish smooth contact with users in your area.

Does this sound like you?
- DEC in computer science or equivalent;
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a related environment;
- Great ability to work in a team, good communication skills;
- Organization and autonomy;
- Able to travel outside the city;
- Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
