**Job Description**:
PRT is currently recruiting seasonal **Forest Nursery Workers** to assist with seedling thinning. _(Check out this link to see a video on seedling thinning)_ This engaging, high paced, physical position offers a safe work environment and an opportunity for a career that will make a positive change in the world.

- Our PRT nurseries are vibrant and fun communities with employees who share a strong passion for the “green” nature of our business and doing their part in regenerating the forests of North America
- We provide a supportive team structured environment with a strong safety culture
- Hourly rates start at $17/hr for the training period, **compensation then transfers to piece work with** **greater earning potential. Piece rate averages $22/hr**
- Work is available NOW with an opportunity to join other projects, throughout the year
- No experience required; full training provide

**Qualifications**:
**What you need for a position with PRT**:

- Energetic with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Work is meticulous and requires good eyesight and manual dexterity
- You will stand for lengthy periods of time, walking, repetitive lifting, (light to medium weight objects), and perform repetitive movements
- Mostly outdoor and indoor greenhouse work
- Appropriate attire required
- Reliable transportation is essential
