STATS Group is a global leader in pipeline technology and engineering solutions. We are currently seeking a **Materials Handling Assistant** to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the movement, control, and inventory of oilfield materials such as pipe, valves, and fittings, while upholding our safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive, verify, and document oilfield materials and equipment
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain material records using Microsoft AX and other inventory systems
- Support production and project needs through accurate material staging and flow
- Keep yard and warehouse areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Participate in inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts
- Track vendor material usage and returns to maintain traceability
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
- Retain process knowledge and follow directions accurately
- Perform other warehouse and workshop support duties as assigned

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 6 months experience in oilfield materials handling or warehouse operations
- Forklift experience (certification preferred or must be obtained upon hire)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or other ERP/inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to follow and retain detailed work instructions
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Mechanical aptitude or background in oilfield operations
- Experience with assembly and pressure testing techniques
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental compliance in a workshop setting
