**Job Requirements**:

- Accurate and timely project estimates within established schedules and budgets on standard or custom machining projects with precise engineering drawings and complex data, including creating/editing CAD file
- Coordinate material requirements, including outsourcing as needed.
- With strong Quality knowledge, transform project documents into shop-level travelers for production.
- 360-degree communication throughout project with internal production team, quality department, vendors, subcontractors, and customers for transparency on project progress and timely intervention(s) as needed.
- Adept in utilizing Lean Principles, meeting goals/objectives, detecting and correcting failure modes.
- Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement to support high performance and quality standards.
- Occasional travel to customers, production facilities, and/or subcontractors to ensure project completion.
- Maintain positive working relationships in managing expectations of stakeholders at all levels.
- Adhere to and support safe work practices, including WHMIS 2015 requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**This vacant role requires fluency in English (read, write and speak).**

**Must have reliable personal transportation (no public transportation available).**

**Early Shift (6am) start time.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $33.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
