Truck Dispatcher

As a **Truck** **Dispatcher **you will be responsible for the scheduling of appointments, and the coordination of all appointments for Trans4 Group Ltd. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients, vendors, and drivers in the office. You will be responsibl/e for managing all client queries, and assisting in any issues that may arise during the day.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan and oversee driver deliveries and pick-ups.
- Cultivate strong in-person relationships with the Customer and drivers
- Work on-site to handle client needs and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is provided
- Act as a liaison between the company and client to ensure high level communication
- Ensure compliance to predetermined routes, customer protocols and safety procedures.
- Handle emergency pickup and delivery of orders
- Troubleshoot and resolve any driver and customer issues.
- Relay progress reports to the supervisor in a timely manner
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar background is preferred
- 2-year minimum experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
- Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient at working with Microsoft Excel, and has ability to work with other software and GPS technology
