Personal Support Workers play a pivotal role in our health care system. At Optimal Assessment Health Centre, we work closely with our patients and their families, providing personal care and support with activities for injuried clients. The care provided by Personal Support Workers ensures patients can recover safely from a car accident or any post-surgery.
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, skincare, light meal preparation, feeding etc.) in personal residences or facilities
- Continually assesses, anticipates, identifies, and responds to new and changing needs of patients and communicates available Total Care resources to patients when appropriate
- Perform delegated and/or assigned tasks under the supervision of a Supervisor
- Staff are required to travel within assigned communities between patients’ residences or facilities

**Qualifications**
- Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional personal care and customer service
- Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills (Chinese is an asset)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
