**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- cook eggs and omelet on the grill
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Assist in menu planning to ensure variety and nutritional balance.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
- Execute fine dining service with attention to detail and presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Handle food items safely, adhering to all health regulations.
- Participate in catering events, providing excellent service and meal preparation as needed.
- Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation and presentation.
- Support the dietary department by assisting with dietary aide responsibilities when required.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in dietary departments or as a dietary aide.
- Strong culinary experience with a focus on cooking, meal preparation, and food handling.
- Familiarity with menu planning and fine dining service standards is preferred.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of food safety practices are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
