Creative Director

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and communicate the overarching creative vision for campaigns, branding, and projects.
- Produce own Graphics and Writing works to drive sales
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing and content creation.
- Supervise and mentor the creative team, including designers, videographers, copywriters, and freelancers.
- Provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the production of visual, written, and multimedia content across all platforms.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand identity and company objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Incorporate innovative practices into the company’s creative processes.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
- Expertise in graphic design, video production, copywriting, and digital content.
- Proficiency in creative tools
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with business goals.
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
