Lethbridge, Canada Buster's Pizza and Donair Full time

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook pizzas, donair, pasta, salad, cookies and appetizers
- Ability to move and work in different station
- Ensure that food preparation, quality meet our standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Perform kitchen work stations
- Ability to take orders in store and over the phone
- Good attitude and team work
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to follow all stores policies and procedures
- Make and press dough as required
- Multitasking ability must be require
- Other duties as required

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous kitchen experience will be assets.
- Previous pizza & donair cooking experience would be assets
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
- Must be able to perform efficiently during high-volume peak periods, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and have a strong initiative.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
