Electrical Technician

**Location**: Oro-Medonte, ON

**Pay**: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

- Assist with service calls relating to electrical issues.
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits.
- Repair and/or replace electrical components.
- Read and prepare blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Soldering wires to electrical components.

**Job Requirements**:

- Completion of secondary school
- Completion of college or technical training (i.e. Electrical Technician/Electrical Engineering)
- Own tools and safety gear required to perform job

**Skills and Experience**:

- 5 years of related experience.
- Knowledge and experience using hand tools.
- Knowledge of RF, high voltage, analog and digital components.
- Strong mathematical skills as applicable to the position.
- Able to interact effectively with management, the public and staff.
- Understanding of the industry and area of service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oro-Medonte, ON L0L 1T0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- related electrical: 3 years (preferred)
