Overview: To create customers for life through the delivery of the CertaPro Brand experience in a manner that ensures a quality job completed on budget, while leading an elite team of painters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Completion of interior and exterior painting/power washing projects in the Brantford, Flamborough, Brant, Haldimand, Niagara and Norfolk areas.
- Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers.
- Communicate with the customer, office and others in the business as required in a timely manner.
- Ensure the Certainty Service System is being utilized throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

- Experience in a leadership role in a painting or other service company desirable.
- Experience planning of a painting project or other relevant projects to ensure customer satisfaction and a job completed on budget.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of how to address issues with customers, staff, vendors and supervisor.
- Ability to independently solve problems.
- Great time management skills

**Requirements**:

- High school diplome or GED
- Minimum of five years of painting experience verifiable through references.

Company Vehicle, Company Uniform, Paid Vacation
- Location: Serving Brant County, Hamilton Mountain, Flamborough, Brantford, Haldimand County, Norfolk County and the Niagara Region.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
