**Loader/Labourer**:
**Bulk Plus Logistics **(a division of Trimac Transportation) is looking for a Loader/Laborer for our team in Concord, ON.

**Pay**:$26.00/hour

**Shift Details**:

- Monday to Friday 6 am to 6 pm (flexibility on start time and weekends as required)
- 40 hours per week. Must be able to work OT /weekend when required.

**Job Details**:

- Our facility offers a work/life balance - open Mon-Fri - no nights
- Our facility is a plastic resintransloadand railcar storage facility.
- Overtime is available
- Mechanical experience as an asset
- Ability to read and follow company and site-specific policies and procedures.
- Must be able to pass CN & CP eRailsafebackgroundchecks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Key job functions include (in all weather);
- Railcar movements (both as Trackmobile operator and conductor).
- Weigh scale operator (scaling trucks in and out of the facility).
- Communicating and verifying self-load transfers.
- Work safely, using proper and supplied PPE

**Skills**:

- Strong communication - clear and concise radio communication skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment
- Operation of hand tools is an asset
- Operation of air tools is an asset
- Positive work ethic and attitude
- Team Player

**Requirements**:

- May work above shoulder level with power and /or hand tools weighing 40lbs pounds or less
- Must meet the physical requirements of the position.
- May stand and walk on level and uneven surfaces, twist, bend, push, pull, crouch, climb stairs, bend and crawl, grasp, drag, lift and carry items weighing 40lbs or less
- Ability and willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Previous industrial experience is an asset
- Previous experience operating machinery as an asset
- Rail Car Loading and Unloadingexperience an asset
- CN Rules 105 (non-main track) with air brake endorsement an asset - will supply training
- Basic computer skills

**Educational Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent preferred
