The clinic is located in South Surrey, and provides an opportunity for a preferred practice while providing individuals and families with supported integrated care.

**Qualifications**:

- Licensed, and in good standing, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons as well as current Canadian Medical Protection Association, or equivalent, coverage.
- A passion for prevention, primary and team based care.
- Family practice background.
- Fluent in English.
