Set up, operate and monitor the CNC flame table to cut steel and other metals according to specifications.

• Operate the brake press to bend and form metal parts with precision.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy and conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any issue or malfunctions.
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Position or align components and parts, either manually or with hoists.
• Prepare work to be accomplished by studying parts list and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures and PPE requirements.
• Assist with other fabrication or production tasks as required.

**Required Experience and Skills**

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with fabrication equipment or advanced computer skills (programming an asset).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safe work practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Can work independently with mínimal supervision.
• Able to lift up to 22kgs or 50lbs
• Able to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Punctual, reliable and responsible

Hours of Operation: 03:30 p.m. to 02:00 a.m.

Shift Premium: $1.00 per hour.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
