Condominium Bookkeeper
- Babcock and Robinson_ are a Property Management Company in Peterborough, Ontario. We have been in business for 35 years, serving Peterborough and the Kawartha’s for Property Management and paralegal services. We manage over 1000 units in Peterborough, including 25 Condominiums in the Peterborough area.
**Reports to**: Office Manager
**Salary**: To be determined based on experience/education
- This person will be responsible for the following duties: _
- Bookkeeping for over 30 condominium corporations
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable
- Working with auditors.
- Communicating with board members
- Day-to-day accounting duties
- All Filing and Admin work
- Answering Phones
**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Post Secondary or relevant courses in Accounting or related program
- Have strong communication skills
- Strong Customer service Skills
- Experience in AccountEdge is considered an asset
- Experience in Property Management is considered an assets
- Ability to Multi-task
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
