Certified Phlebotomist

_**Type of Work**:_ Independent contractor, part-time, free-lance
- **Hours/Location**:_ Vary depending on the week. Locations will be at company sites throughout the GTA, but our clinic/homebase is located in West Mississauga.
- **Responsibilities**:_

Drawing blood and/or collecting urine samples from employees at company sites across the GTA.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Certified Phlebotomist in Ontario
- Experience and education in phlebotomy and/or other medical settings
- Must have own car and be willing to travel around the GTA
- Excellent people/communication skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week

- When would be your first available start day? What is your availability like over the summer and into the fall?
- Do you have any experience/interest is also acting as a medical receptionist on a casual/part-time basis at our medical clinic in West Mississauga?
- Do you understand that this is a casual, part-time, independent contractor position where we cannot gaurantee a certain number of hours per week? Blood/Urine collection supplies will be provided, but you are responsible for covering all of your travel expenses. Are you still interested in the position?
- Do you have a car? And, if so, would you be willing to travel to sites around the GTA to perform phlebotomy work for us? Do you understand that our home base is in West Mississauga?
