**Full Job Description**

Must be mechanically inclined, be able to successfully troubleshoot, understand diagnostics, be able to repair, install & connect, remove & retrofit a variety of copiers and printers. Must be proficient in basic computer and networking skills. Must be organized and able to manage parts inventory, complete all reports accurately & in a timely manner, ability to work independently and be part of a team. You will be constantly learning new technology. You will help deliver solutions to customers remotely and onsite. Must be able to handle high pressure situations and clientele.

Knowledge of IT is a bonus as is Wide-format service experience.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary Education in the area of technical specialization
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs and move heavier boxes and copiers safely and competently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable vehicle required-mileage for travel
- Wide-format service experience a bonus
- IT knowledge a plus

Wages based on experience.

- Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5pm
- No Weekends
