Customer Assistance: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to their needs and concerns, offering personalized guidance on the most suitable products and techniques to achieve their desired results.

Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to products, orders, or deliveries promptly and effectively.

Merchandising: Assist with maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store layout, ensuring products are stocked, labeled correctly, and visually appealing to customers.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels by conducting periodic stock checks and informing the store manager about restocking needs.

Product Recommendations: Provide feedback to the store manager on customer preferences, popular products, and emerging trends to help optimize the product selection.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Further education or certifications in automotive detailing or related fields will be advantageous.
- Proven experience and passion for automotive detailing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to stay updated on the latest industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Physical ability to lift and move detailing supplies and equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
