**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within the food service department, ensuring high standards of food preparation, safety, and customer service. You will lead a team of food service professionals while fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence in hospitality.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and customer service best practices.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules

**Experience**
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong background in the food industry with knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Background in restaurant management or kitchen experience is a plus.

Pay: $36.10 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
