**About the Opportunity**:
The DI eReferral Advisor supports the implementation of eReferral systems and serves as a bridge between healthcare professionals and the complex technology they utilize, specifically providing support for the Ocean eReferral System and the related triage, prioritization, booking, registration and scheduling processes and related systems. By offering virtual and on-site assistance, troubleshooting, and personalized training, they enable frontline staff to focus on patient care, their expertise ensures that the implementation and ongoing use of healthcare technology align with organizational goals, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality of care across the system. This position involves varied work which requires multiple system expertise, leadership, judgment and initiative and the DI eReferral Advisor is expected to be able to prioritize workload and multiple competing tasks.
**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Graduate of a recognized Medical Office Administration program or equivalent
- Medical Terminology course required
- Minimum of 5 years recent related experience in Diagnostic imaging is required, with a strong understanding of the flow of requisitions through the system.
- OCEAN, Meditech or Millennium experience
- Detail oriented and ability to follow direction
- Ability to work in a self-directed environment and also collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent conflict resolution skills, enabling effective communication and problem resolution with users
- Demonstrates Ability and creativity to generate innovative, practical solutions to challenging situations
- Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complex, ever-changing environments
- Ability to travel within the province
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours**:
Short assignment full-time positions; 75 hours biweekly

**Compensation and Benefits**:
$30.51 - $34.45 hourly
