Woodstock, Canada NWC Exterior Home Maintenance Full time

This is a fixed-term position, operated by a university student who is looking to enrol other ambitious, hard-working young adults that are interested in developing their sales and communication skills alongside other university students and want to be part of a fun and competitive team environment.

This is a sales manager position which consists of client generation and outreach through door-to-door marketing, cold-calls, and online ads, before going through the sales process and turning generated leads into booked clients.

We look for outgoing and ambitious young adults who are willing to motivate themselves by working hard and developing their sales skills.

Pay structure is exclusively commission-based, with no caps on commission and regular performance bonuses. Position is part-time from January-April, and full-time from May-August.

**Responsibilities**:

- Neighbourhood canvassing sessions, converting home-owners to potential clients
- Following up with potential clients via phone to initiate in person meetings
- Providing clients with in-person quotes and completing sales
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns
- Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors
- Manage time efficiently to meet scheduled appointments
- Managing crews of marketers to effectively generate clients

**Requirements**:

- Part-Time Availability (Jan-Apr): 15-30 hours/week
- Full-Time Availability (May-Aug): 30-40+ hours/week
- Ontario G2 driver's license, full-time vehicle access
- Hard-working and Ambitious
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- High Energy, Desire to develop skills
- Outgoing with excellent verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
