If yes, then this role is for you Level Furnished Living is looking for a **House Attendant** in **Vancouver** to maintain the cleanliness of our property.
**About the Position**:
The House Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our property. They will provide linen supplies for Room Attendants and stock all floor closets. They will also deliver and retrieve items as needed from guest rooms and items requested by Hotel guests/Residents and associates in the Housekeeping department.

- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.
- Run room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
- Assist in managing daily activities.
- Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with Guest Services.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs.

- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic reading skills
- Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task
- Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures
