**Opportunity**:
First Truck Centre has an exciting opening for a Lot Coordinator in our Surrey BC location. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the Lot Coordinator will contribute in one of Canada's best managed companies. Be a part of a team that takes trucking to the next level of quality and professionalism. Our Elite Support certified dealers provide top quality in all aspects of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- General maintenance of the property including cleaning windows, watering plants, sweeping, clearing the parking lot, sweeping, shoveling snow, and clearing ice.
- Cleaning and organizing the retail show room, maintain and clean the driver's lounge.
- Detailing vehicles, basic vehicle maintenance and driving vehicles around the lot.
- General duties in the office including building and organizing furniture, conducting general repairs and must be able to work with basic hand tools.

**Skill Set**:

- Strong willingness to following safety procedures and company policies
- Proven history of maintaining a clean and organized workplace
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
- Ability to work in a physical capacity including heavy lifting and using hand tools

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- Class 5 BC driver's license
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Hours of work are full-time Monday to Friday
