Our services include sales, buyouts, consignment, and expert authentication, serving top collectors across Vancouver and worldwide.

**Luxury Retail Sales Associate (Mandarin)**

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Luxury Sales Associate to join the Rome Station. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, confident in front of the camera, and comfortable engaging with high-net-worth clients both in-store and through social media.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance, reflecting our brand’s luxury image.
- Confidently model products in daily social media posts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Post daily product updates and promotions on WeChat. Respond quickly to customer inquiries with product info, availability, pricing, and appointment support.
- Provide expert fashion advice, leveraging your knowledge of current trends.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and ensuring the store is visually appealing.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1 year** of experience in fashion or luxury retail.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality with confidence in filming selfies and creating simple product content.
- Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow within a luxury retail environment.

Passion for luxury fashion, influencer or content creator experience is a strong plus.
