**Company Overview**

The Muskoka Roastery Coffee Company is located in Huntsville, Ontario. Our mission is to _handcraft the best coffee - sustainably. _We are embarking on a program of business growth, including geographic expansion and are hiring a Pick + Pack Operator.

The Material Handler is responsible for moving, storing, and tracking materials throughout the facility to ensure smooth and efficient production flow. This role involves operating warehouse equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following all safety procedures. This position will report to the Senior Roastery Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Load, unload, and move materials within the factory using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
- Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods
- Receive, label, and store incoming materials
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist TQ Manager with incoming material inspections
- Keep warehouse and production areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety policies and OHSA regulations
- Provide accounting department with clear, accurate shipping/receiving documentation
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with other team members and Manager on progress and observations

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certification
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in a quality-oriented manufacturing warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Proven ability to work in harmony with others on the team
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- A self-starter who owns personal objectives and takes initiative
- Good common sense and an ability to solve problems independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus, while working in a fast-paced environment
- Have a high standard for organization, cleanliness and efficiency

**Other Requirements**
- Monday - Friday - 8 hr. shift between 8:30am-4:30pm + occasionally 11am-7pm
- Some overtime on short notice
- Ability to stand, stretch, lift, bend, walk throughout an entire shift
- Able to multi-task during the shift to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality focus
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the production team and have materials in place and ready

Pay: $26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
