**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your critical thinking to conduct inspections of properties to identify type and determine extent of pest infestations
- Command the use of available technology and products like a virtuoso, to develop and implement effective pest control strategies
- Master the art of a pest free structure, using pest control products and precision techniques to deliver impeccable results.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through education and advice, while maintaining detailed reporting
- Showcase your versatility by tackling additional tasks such as rodent or wildlife control, expanding your repertoire and delighting clients with comprehensive exterior pest maintenance solutions.
- Utilize your ground game marketing prowess to engage in cold prospecting, door hangers distribution, and effective upselling and cross-selling strategies, driving business growth and fostering lasting relationships with our valued clients
- Collaborate closely with your fellow technicians, sharing insights and techniques to ensure every pest problem is safely solved to perfection

**Skills**:

- Prior pest control and/or sales experience is highly desired but not required, more important is a willingness to learn.
- Valid & Clean Ontario G License
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
- Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring every pest problem receives the meticulous focus and care
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate clients with our service approach and leave every client feeling 100% satisfied with our pest solutions services
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and explain procedures
- Sales skills to upsell additional services or products
- Strong knowledge of pests, their behaviour, and effective control methods an asset
- Team player mentality, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

Pay:

- $21.55-$25.06/hour based on experience
- Monthly Commission and Bonuses Available
- Monthly end-of-month cash bonuses
