Job DescriptionThe laundry runner is responsible for assisting with laundry, delivering and stocking to the guest floors. Delivering to housekeeping storage areas and accommodate the guest expectations and needs.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Responding to room attendant needs for linen
- Stocking linen to all guest floor closets, following the par stock that is required on each floor
- Maintain a clean environment in the laundry room and linen closets
- Keeping common areas clean and tidy, lobby, lobby washrooms, lobby patio and 11th floor and 2nd floor terraces
- Respond to guests in a timely manner delivering items
- Work closely with all departments ensuring communication flows
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
- Assisting laundry when needed

**What you’ll need**:

- A valid clear criminal record check (including working with vulnerable populations) is required.
- The YWCA Metro Vancouver’s COVID-19 vaccination policy is currently suspended and as a result, vaccination from COVID-19 is not required at this time. However, should circumstances change and the YWCA deem it necessary to reintroduce such policy, you may be required to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 in order to be eligible to continue performing your duties
