**Full-Time Automotive Service Advisor**

Known for its exceptional service, **Mercedes-Benz Rive-Sud**, the largest Mercedes-Benz dealership in Quebec, is looking for a **Service Advisor.**

You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued customers who service their vehicles at our dealership. Your love of cars & dealing with the public coupled with your commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service will ensure your success as a Service Advisor.

**Your Day to Day**:

- Respond to customer requests for information, maintenance or repair
- Obtain all the necessary information to identify and propose the repairs and/or maintenance work required on the vehicle
- Manage customer maintenance and repair requests
- Follow up on workshop work and inform clients

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical advisor
- Excellent computer skills (CDK, Google Drive - an asset)
- Fluently bilingual, spoken and written
- Honest, professional, structured and courteous
- Excellent references and demonstrated customer service skills
- Ease and interest in working in a team
- Knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product is an asset
- Wants to take on new challenges
