**Company Overview**

NC Capital is an innovative construction company located in Windsor, ON. Our company builds smaller than average homes (431 square feet to 1500 square feet) utilizing a unique off-site manufacturing method. The building envelope of the homes are constructed in a factory in Windsor and shipped to the site and assembled on top of the foundation, allowing us to have better control of our timing, quality, and costs.
- Using hand and power tools, common construction tools to cut, bend, connect and place various materials.
- Previous construction experience an asset.
- Lifting, carrying, and distributing construction materials (up to 50 lbs.)
- Operating simple construction machinery, such as excavators and skid steers.
- Operating aerial lifts and working at heights up to 10 m.
- Assisting managers and following detailed instructions.
- Basic maintenance on equipment, as needed.
- Must be able to perform physical labour for extended periods of time.
- Good fitness level with the ability to frequently lift 30-50lbs.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to take and follow instructions.
- Must have a Health and Safety mindset
- Strong attention to detail.
- A Valid driver’s license is an asset.
- Safety shoes are required.
- Must be willing to be trained to work at heights and in high temperature environments during the summer months.
- Must be available to work Monday to Saturdays depending on company needs.

**Working Conditions**:

- Working outdoors will be exposed to extreme heat or all other weather conditions.
- Walking, standing, kneeling bending, twisting over long periods of time.
- Working with and without supervision

**Additional Requirements**

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- driver's license (preferred)
