**Job Overview**
**Overview**

The Junior Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Working under the supervision of a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, they assist in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with Québec construction regulations and company standards.

**Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination**
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
- Participate in site meetings, coordination meetings, and follow-ups with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and update project documentation (minutes, schedules, logs, progress reports).

**Site Management Support**
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify that work complies with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Report issues or delays and help propose corrective measures.
- Support the Project Manager in managing site logistics and coordination with trades.

**Budget & Procurement**
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and purchase orders.
- Track expenses, material deliveries, and subcontractor invoices.
- Help obtain quotes and compare pricing for materials and services.

**Health & Safety**
- Follow up on site safety reports and assist in implementing corrective actions.

**Quality Control**
- Assist with inspections and deficiency lists.
- Track completion of work and ensure subcontractors meet quality requirements.

**Experience**
- 0-3 years of experience in construction or project coordination.
- Internship or previous site experience is an asset.
- Bilingual ( written and spoken )

**Technical Skills**
- Knowledge of Québec construction codes and industry standards.
- Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, and site processes.
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with project management or construction software (ex.: MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD) is an asset.

**Soft Skills**
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.

**Working Conditions**
- Mix of office and site work.
- Must possess a valid driver's licence (Class 5).
- Occasional travel to job sites around Québec, Ottawa.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
