**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics And drawings.
- Must have expedience in commercial door fabrication.
- Must have an excellent technical knowledge of door hardware
- Must be able to supervise 20 workers as a lead hand.

Excellent communication skills in English.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft office suite products and ERP programs.
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the construction process
- Supervise construction crew members
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking
- Assist with budgeting and construction estimating
- Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a lead hand or supervisory role within the construction industry
- Proficiency in ProCore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
