Golf Course Superintendent

Qualifications:

- Education in Turf grass management or relatable field or considerable practical experience
- Experience managing staff
- Experience in hiring, training, scheduling and replacing staff as needed
- Valid Ontario Landscape Exterminator License (or willingness to obtain)
- IPM Agent status & recording (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of manual irrigation systems
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Possession of a valid Ontario Driver's License
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management and members
- Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette
- Detail oriented individual
- Innovative and passionate to learn and grow with the industry

Compensation

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
