**About the Job**

As a Production Worker on our Horticultural Production Team, you'll work in a dynamic environment focused on producing high-quality soil and mulch products. You'll operate key equipment like forklifts and palletizers and play a vital role in supporting a cleaner, greener future.
- This is a day-shift role Monday to Thursday, 6 am-4:30 pm, giving you long weekends every week (Friday to Sunday off)
- The starting wage is $24.40/hour.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Operating machinery such as skid steers, dual forklifts, and tractors
- Running the mulch and soil production lines
- Supporting machine operation and shipping when needed

**Here’s What You Need**
- Comfortable with physical work: standing, lifting (up to 45lbs), and moving equipment
- A problem-solver who can multitask and adapt to changing needs
- Team player who can also work independently
- Experience in farming, landscaping, agriculture, or general labour is a bonus
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset — but we’re happy to train the right person
