We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** We are looking for a** Proactive, Hands-on, and Passionate** **R&D Packaging Development **Manager.** - ** Responsible** for creating and improving packaging for products, both new and existing. - Including initiating, exploring, and keeping updated on the newest packaging options/technologies and proactively assessing emerging packaging concepts and techniques. - Previous experience in an** R&D** environment and a minimum of** 3-4 years experience** in any packaging field is highly regarded. - ** Proficiency **in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, statistical analysis software, and additional experience with **2D/3D CAD design software including interpretation of technical drawings.**: - ** A degree in Packaging Engineering** or a comparable degree (Chemical/Mechanical) is a strong nice to have. - This is a **NEW** and exciting role at DECIEM
