**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Project/Service Coordinator** to join our Parts & Service team. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders, service technicians, and customers in the planning and execution of aftersales service contracts.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with production to prepare comprehensive action plans for projects, including resources, timeframes, and budget
- Independently manage smaller projects from start to finish, communicating with customers and internally coordinating on scope, budgets, schedules, and other facets of the project
- Manage service calls and other customer requests through quoting, scheduling of service calls, and follow up
- Coordinate customer site visits with Field Service Technicians, working proactively to effectively utilize their time and expertise
- Maintain service activity overviews and a recurring contact system to drive further service work

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business or a related field
- At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
