Warehouse/delivery Driver

Canadian manufacturer of automotive specialty chemicals and detailing products is currently seeking a warehouse associate/delivery driver If you are energetic, committed and in good physical condition this opportunity may be for you. Responsible for assisting the batch operator in all warehouse activities such as ensuring accurate filling, packaging of finished goods into bulk containers, order picking, carefully packing orders for shipment/pickup, general shop cleanliness. This role will also include product delivery to customers in a cargo style van.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Package finished goods from completed batches
- Labelling of containers
- Stacking and lifting of heavy items (repetitively up to 25 kg)
- Use of motorized equipment such as forklift equipment
- Assisting other warehouse/plant staff with various duties such as shipping and receiving
- Order picking/packing and creation of courier orders
- Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner
- Load and unload vehicle
- Collect on unpaid orders and shipments as required
- Keep the workspace and vehicle in a good state of cleanliness

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to meet physical demands, including reaching, bending, walking, standing, and performing repetitive actions
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg, on a regular basis throughout the shift
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Self-motivated; willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility with mínimal direction
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Mechanical experience is an asset, but not required.
- Knowledge of detailing products/industry an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
