**About the Position**:
Reporting to the Sr. Director Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Manager will support Equiton Living, a full-service property management company that oversees Equiton’s portfolio of 40+ income-producing multi-family properties across Ontario. This role will administer a mix of direct content creation, website management, social media, advertising, and promotional activities, with the objective of maximizing the performance of the properties and building a strong brand.
**Key Functions and Responsibilities**:
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our properties and drive rentals of available units.
- Support the development of branding, positioning, and community engagement activities (ie Open Houses or Grand Opening events) for Equiton Living.
- Manage and update the website including property listings, ILS activations.
- Coordinate & plan all photography, 3D Tours, virtual staging and other creative assets required to promote properties.
- Develop and implement our social media strategy including campaign and content development to drive engagement and awareness in partnership with our social media team.
- Brand Management on Social Media and Google Business Profiles
- Develop all content related to new property acquisitions including website profile, press releases, social media, internal and external communications etc.
- Assist with the development, editing, and proofing of various marketing collateral including signage, brochures, floor plans, property datasheets and flyers.
- With the bigger team, coordinate with vendors to ensure invoices are submitted on time and everything is tracked and is in line with the marketing budget set out for the department.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand standards and industry best practices.
- Reporting monthly costs, and success against KPI’s
- Weekly reporting to manager on projects, roadblocks, and success.
**Required Skills and Abilities**:
- Strong organization and planning, and ability to prioritize and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Extremely strong copywriting for content development and attention to detail.
- Experience using RentSync Platform considered a strong asset and website design experience is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills - operates with tact, diplomacy, and integrity.
- Strong work ethic and team player - trustworthy, capable, and reliable
**Education and Experience**:
- Undergraduate degree or diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience (experience in property management or real estate industry considered a plus).
