**Who we are**:
We are a furniture company with a fun culture with an at times fast paced work environment. The showroom itself is high end furniture at great prices. We take great pride in our “no pressure” sales approach with the customer all while providing a fun and upbeat atmosphere for their shopping experience.

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a like-minded individual with strong sales experience to add to our sales team, the role itself is integral to our business. Experience in furniture sales is not mandatory however it is always welcomed. Experience in the food and beverage industry translates very well into who we are and what we are doing here, all the rest is easy to learn.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Organization skills are key
- Basic computer skills
- anything above that is an asset
- Written and verbal communication skills
- MUST have weekend availability
- Ability to handle fast paced work environment
- Ability to self motivate as well as motivate others
- Works well with a team and on their own
- Driven to perform and reach sales targets provided

**Role Requirements**:

- In-store sales
- Full knowledge of our products and pricing(this knowledge will be provided throughout training)
- Customer follow up calls
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Autonomy and a quick responsiveness to resolving issues
- Consistently delivering exceptional customer experience

**Bonus**

**Job Details**:
Full-time; Saturdays and Sundays, non-negotiable.
Hourly wage + Referral based bonus structure

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
