This includes identifying projects which improve the value proposition between Moneris & ISO's. Included is measuring satisfaction, education on products and services, meeting key metrics outlined in the ISO's contracts all in collaboration with Moneris internal departments.- Assist Manager, Business Development-ISO to identify potential opportunities for new strategic relationships to expand sales channels within the Canadian market. Identify and implement growth strategies to increase revenues and market share.- Prospect and research potential new partners to uncover opportunities for ISO team.- Identify potential opportunities for product and strategic partnerships enhancements across ISO channel.- Input all leads and associated documentation into Salesforce. Auditing of leads amongst ISV & TPA team to avoid duplication.- Contribute to achievement of assigned revenue targets associated with the ISO's partnership- Build on ISO boarding process, responsible for tracking enhancements whilst sharing with TPA & ISV to ensure consistency- Responsible for ongoing documentation and handling of Risk and compliance requirements specific to onboarding for net new ISO along with "special" accounts/ agent specific, contract agreements. Documenting and refining process to achieve maximum efficiency- Audit accuracy of ISO reporting collaborating with pricing, Sales analytics, data platforms, finance, and business advisory- Assess and track compliance mandates, PIR, projects, VAS, scope, communication, and adoption of said- Responsible for proactive tracking of ISO service levels based on Atlas ISO monitoring- Establish and cultivate Marcom ISO program to facilitate messaging aligned with Moneris promotion/product launches- Perform regular audit of Partner agreements to ensure amendments performed promptly.- Work with Sales analytics, Business advisory & data platforms to create an ISO dashboard reflecting VAS/new products capturing what is in place vs new opportunity per ISO.
