You will play an **important role** as Auto Parts Advisor:

- As the Auto Parts Advisor, you are responsible for tracking, receiving, and returning parts.
- You take ownership of the process for parts inventory - making your role crucial to smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- You will build and leverage your customer service experience in providing quality care to our valued customers receive as you coordinate the delivery of parts efficiently.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Operate in Mitchell Repair Centre and OEM Parts Catalogues for procuring parts.
- Managing Parts discounts structures and gross margins.
- Receive, inspect, mirror match and kit parts for the technicians.
- Receive and maintain inventory.
- Process returns and manages parts credits.
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers by delivering efficient and friendly service.
- Maintaining order integrity by verifying parts being delivered are accurately captured on the invoice.
- Managing sublets
- Shuttle of vehicles to vendors
- Organization of shop floor and production assistance

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
- 1 year of Parts experience preferred.
- Valid Drivers license and safe driving record.
- Fundamental computer skills an asset
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Previous auto parts delivery experience is an asset, but we will train.
