Veterinary Receptionist

Maritime Animal Hospital, a locally owned small animal hospital, is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people and pets and has strong communication and organizational skills.

**Position Details**:

- Full-service hospital with in-house lab, pharmacy, radiology and surgery
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Supportive, professional team environment

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome and check in clients and pets with professionalism
- Process invoices and payments accurately
- Keep the lobby clean, fresh and organized
- Coordinate patient check-ins and relay information to the veterinary team
- Provide compassionate support during both routine and sensitive visits
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

**Qualifications**
- Customer service or receptionist experience required (veterinary/medical an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Professional, client-focused and team-oriented attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $33,250.00-$37,500.00 per year
