**Duties**
- Assist in transporting and handling heavy stone slabs (quartz, granite, marble, porcelain) safely.
- Support lead installers in measuring, cutting, and fitting countertops.
- Prepare work areas by setting up tools and materials.
- Help with sealing, polishing, and finishing surfaces to ensure a professional look.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely project completion.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in construction or installation is an asset but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) consistently.
- Basic knowledge of using hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- A valid driver's license.
