**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance players' skills, techniques, and overall performance.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on individual and team development.
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
- Organize and oversee team competitions, including scheduling matches and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture that encourages participation and camaraderie.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration regarding team progress and expectations.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during practices and competitions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in coaching volleyball at various levels is preferred.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Knowledge of swimming techniques is a plus, as it may be integrated into training for overall athletic development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, practices, and competitions effectively.
- A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that emphasizes teamwork and personal growth.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$40.27 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week

Work Location: In person
