**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience.
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall store performance.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued, particularly in English and other languages.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
