The Standard is focused on a seasonal and inspired approach to refined dining. Aiming to over deliver each time, our menus rotate monthly with the addition of supplements and tasting experiences each week. WIth a purpose built open kitchen, chef counter on the pass, and a from scratch classical appraoch with modern influence we are excited to show what we have to offer.

Our bar team applies the same principles to mixology with a ambitous and evovled approach to cocktails. Also with a ever evolving offering, the commitment to the craft is ever present. From clarification to ultrasonic emuslion we are constantly challenges ourselves.

Our Service team accels in hospitality, with the goal of making each visit memorable and unique. Evovled steps of service and knowledge that extends beyond the menu we empower our people to be part of setting The Standard.

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide menus to guests and explain daily specials
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
