The Jardins le Flandre residence, located in the heart of Limoilou, is currently looking for a Beneficiary Attendant to complete its wonderful care team.
Schedule: a permanent full-time evening position, 32 hours a week, every other weekend
**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Formation of PDSB
- Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
- Law 90 training (an asset)
