Guelph, Canada The Bussieres Residence Full time

58 year old woman, with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and a positive attitude, looking for a Home Support Worker (HSW) to work and assist privately in her home (Victoria Rd/Grange Rd area of Guelph). This position is not in a nursing home, long-term care facility or retirement residence. It's offered by the person requiring a HSW to assist them in their home and outside their home such as when driving the employer's vehicle to do groceries with them or to go to their medical appointments.

The permanent position being offered is Wednesdays 9am-1pm. There could also be possible casual, emergency and miscellaneous shifts and most of those would be 9-11am.

Wage based on experience; can be discussed at interview

Duties include:

- Personal care (assistance with shower, undress/dress, foot and skin care, etc.)
- Drive/assist with grocery shopping & other errands
- Drive/assist to medical appointments
- Housekeeping
- Meal prep
- Other assistance of daily living

Parking onsite & bus stop nearby

Will require:

- Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- Driver’s License (full G)
- Clean driver's abstract

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week
