**Duties**
- Perform installation tasks for various projects, including carpentry, drywall, masonry, and other construction-related activities.
- Restore and repair existing structures as needed to meet project specifications.
- Assemble components and fixtures accurately according to design plans.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely during installations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct construction estimating to assess material needs and project timelines.

**Skills**
- Proficient in carpentry techniques and practices.
- Experience with drywall installation and repair.
- Strong maintenance person skills with the ability to troubleshoot various installation challenges.
- Knowledge of masonry work is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes for accurate project planning.
- Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
