**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.
- Strong expertise in both rough and finish carpentry, with a deep understanding of construction techniques and best practices.
- Proven ability to successfully manage small to mid-sized construction projects.
- Solid knowledge of other building trades and how they integrate into projects.
- Must hold a valid NS Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract to operate company vehicles, including pickups and trailers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- **Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.**:

- **Teachable, open to feedback, and eager to grow alongside the team.**:

- **Must live locally and be able to reliably commute daily to Hammonds Plains for morning start times.**

**Additional Skills (an asset, but not required)**:

- Experience driving with trailers.
